Plumb Line Leadership was born out of 30 years of experience in the trenches of retail and telecommunications leadership. My journey has taken me from managing local stores at RadioShack to directing large-scale operations across the Southeast . Throughout my career, I have had the pleasure of managing districts and regions for industry leaders including T-Mobile, Starbucks, Boost Mobile, and The Guitar Center Company.

Why "Plumb Line"?

In operative masonry, a plumb line is a tool used to determine a perfect vertical—the unwavering standard of truth. In leadership, we often lose our center under the pressure of P&Ls, staffing challenges, and corporate demands.

Beyond the boardroom, my perspective has been forged through over a decade of service in Masonic Lodge Leadership. Having worked through the chairs to serve as Past Master in 2021, and continuing my service as Secretary and the current District Deputy Grand Master of my district, I have learned that true leadership is a craft. It requires a steadfast commitment to leading with integrity, data-driven clarity, and a disciplined approach to the "work" of building leaders and organizations.

I’ve spent my career not just hitting targets, but building people. I have mentored dozens of managers into high-level executive roles and was selected for elite programs like Leadership Unlimited because I believe leadership is a competency that must be practiced with precision .
